3.81

一、明所詮理者，即是二諦理也。二諦有二種：一者，理外二諦；二者，理內二諦。若真諦非佛性，即是理外之二諦；真諦即佛性，即是理內之二諦也。

First, clarifying the principle expressed [means] the principle of the two truths. There are two kinds of two truths: first, the two truths outside the principle; second, the two truths within the principle. If the ultimate truth is not the buddha-nature, these are the two truths outside the principle; if the ultimate truth is precisely the buddha-nature, these are the two truths within the principle.
