二、明能詮之教者，若藏教、通教，正是煩惱惡酒未吐，唯詮轉日，說有二諦，不能詮一實諦也。若別教詮一實諦，如離轉日，有不轉日。圓教詮一實諦，轉日即不轉日也。

Second, clarifying the teachings that express [it]: the Tripiṭaka teaching and the shared teaching are precisely when the evil wine of afflictions has not yet been vomited out; they only express the revolving sun, speaking of there being two truths, and cannot express the one real truth. The distinctive teaching expresses the one real truth as having a non-revolving sun apart from the revolving sun. The perfect teaching expresses the one real truth as the revolving sun being precisely the non-revolving sun.
