4.10

一、正釋初發心住位者，所言發心住者，三種心發故，名發心住；三德涅槃，名為住也。

First, directly explaining the stage of the abode of the initial generation of the mind: as for what is called the "abode of generating the mind," because three kinds of mind are generated, it is called the "abode of generating the mind"; the three virtues of nirvāṇa are called the "abode."
