三、通出室者，掌擎大眾，來入菴羅，示病愈之相，以眾生四種病因滅，淨名權迹之病亦愈。是則，此經從始至末，用本迹義往通玄義及文，意可見也。

Third, applying to leaving the room: holding the great assembly in his palm, he comes to the Āmrapālī grove and displays the mark of his illness being cured; because the causes of the four kinds of illness of living beings are eradicated, the illness of the Pure Name's provisional trace is also cured. Thus, throughout this sūtra from beginning to end, by using the meaning of origin and trace to understand the profound meaning and the text, the intended meaning can be seen.
