四、約觀心含結鬘義者，心王穿一切心數之法，如縷穿華成鬘，無零漏也。觀心穿一切法，亦復如是。若發定慧，還嚴飾於心也。

Fourth, explaining the meaning of "strung garland" in terms of contemplating the mind: The mind-king threads through all the dharmas of mental concomitants, just as a thread threads flowers to form a garland without loss or leakage. Contemplating the mind threading through all dharmas is also like this. If it brings forth concentration and wisdom, they in turn adorn the mind.
