答曰：通教但破三藏四句，不破別教四句，故非不思議也。圓教破別教四句，如上說真修、緣修，墮自他性也。

Answer: The shared teaching only refutes the four propositions of the Tripiṭaka, but does not refute the four propositions of the distinctive teaching; therefore it is not the inconceivable. The perfect teaching refutes the four propositions of the distinctive teaching, just as explained above regarding genuine cultivation and conditioned cultivation falling into self-nature and other-nature.
