答曰：方等二入實、二不入實，《涅槃》四俱入實，此為大異。今經是方等教攝，因有三權，果則一實，二入、二不入實也，分別具在《法華玄義》。

Answer: In the Vaipulya, two enter the ultimate and two do not enter the ultimate; in the Nirvāṇa [Sūtra], all four enter the ultimate; this is a great difference. This sūtra is subsumed under the Vaipulya teaching: as causes there are three provisional, and as the effect there is one ultimate; two enter and two do not enter the ultimate. The differentiation is fully set forth in the Fahua xuanyi.
