6.92

問曰：若言非因非果，而因而果，今《涅槃》何故但果而不因？《大品》但因而不果？此經既是解脫之名，何不但果？

Question: If one says that [the substance] is neither-cause-nor-effect, yet [the central theme] is cause and effect, why does the Nirvāṇa [Sūtra] now take only effect and not cause, the Larger [Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra] take only cause and not effect, and this sūtra, since its name is "liberation", why does it not take only effect?
