就第一明法身中為二：一佛問其法身、二身子問應身。就佛問為二：一佛問、二大士答。就答中為四：一總答、二別答、三結、四簡邪正。

Regarding the first part, explaining the dharmakāya, there are two sections: first, the Buddha asks about his dharmakāya; second, Śāriputra asks about the response body. Regarding the Buddha's inquiry, there are two points: first, the Buddha's question; second, the Great Being's reply. Within the reply, there are four points: first, a general reply; second, a specific reply; third, a conclusion; fourth, distinguishing the heterodox from the orthodox.
