10.74

第九、明出家修道行法供養。就此為二：一明出家護法、二明化人多少。百萬發菩提心，是用圓教所說。十四那由他發二乘心，是用方便誘引。用此圓偏兩法導利眾生，故是法之供養。

Ninth, explaining leaving home, cultivating the Way, and performing the offering of Dharma. Under this there are two parts: first, explaining leaving home to protect the Dharma; second, explaining the number of people transformed. A million arousing bodhicitta is expounded using the Perfect teaching. Fourteen nayutas arousing the mind of the two vehicles is enticement using expedients. Using these two dharmas, the Perfect and the Biased, to guide and benefit living beings is therefore an offering of Dharma.
