3.31

「雖處居家不著三界」，尚忘天樂，況復人間卜居此者。為引四種眾生，令離三界來生四土。三界有二種開合，對四土細尋可知。此及諸句例須觀心，不欲繁文，例前可解。

"Though living at home, he was unattached to the three realms": he even forgets heavenly pleasures, how much more so choosing a dwelling place in the human world! This is to lead four kinds of sentient beings to leave the three realms and come to be born in the four lands. The three realms have two kinds of opening and closing; by examining them closely against the four lands, this can be known. This and the following lines must all be treated by contemplation of mind; not wishing to multiply words, they can be understood by analogy to the above.
