此品次〈方便品〉來者，為破無為緣集，成淨佛國之教。已如前說，其意乃多，非凡所測。今亦略用三意通釋此品：一正明此品來意、二略釋弟子義、三入文解釋。

The reason this chapter follows the "Chapter on Skillful Means" is to break down the gathering of unconditioned conditions and accomplish the teaching of purifying the buddha-land. As previously explained, its meanings are numerous and cannot be measured by ordinary people. Now, we also briefly use three points to explain this chapter generally: first, correctly clarify the reason for this chapter's sequence; second, briefly explain the meaning of "disciples"; third, enter the text and explain it.
