「我無至問疾」，大段第四、結辭不堪。目連自惟：「既無三教之辨致昔被呵，今豈堪傳佛旨往問疾也？」

From 'I am not...' down to '...inquire after the illness': the fourth major section, concluding with declining as unequal to the task. Maudgalyāyana reflected to himself: 'Since I lacked the eloquence of the three teachings and thus was previously rebuked, how could I now be fit to convey the Buddha's instruction to go inquire after the illness?'
