「彌勒」下，二、辭不堪。文為四：一辭不堪、二述不堪之由、三正述被彈、四結成不堪。初文者，良以往昔為兜率天王說不退轉之行，於彼無益，故為所彈，豈堪傳旨往問疾也。

From "Maitreya" downward is the second [part], declining as unworthy. The text has four [parts]: first, declining as unworthy; second, recounting the reason for being unworthy; third, properly recounting the rebuke; fourth, concluding that he is unworthy. As for the first text: truly, because in the past he taught the practice of non-retrogression to the king of the Tuṣita Heaven without benefit to him, he was rebuked for it; how could he be worthy to convey the decree and go inquire after the illness?
