6.56

「即語至掃灑」，四、明魔更施女。變身為釋，已廢禪心，更以女施，重生妨亂。先現釋身，軟賊得入；今以女施令其違情，強賊又入。以此二賊妨擾之心，持世不覺，即是已為魔所壞也。

"Then [he] said ... down to ... sweeping and sprinkling" is, fourth, explaining that the māra furthermore offered women. Transforming his body into Śakra had already disrupted his mind of dhyāna; furthermore offering women produced additional disturbance. First manifesting the body of Śakra, the soft thief gained entry; now offering women to make him go against his principles, the strong thief entered as well. With these two thieves' disturbing intentions, Jagatīṃdhara was unaware, which means he had already been ruined by the māra.
