7.82

「雖行至是菩薩行」，四、約現相明雙流。文有三行。「雖行不生不滅」者，正觀相應流入真諦不生不滅，而現俗諦相好莊嚴。「雖現聲聞辟支佛威儀」，流入現外威儀入真，而能入俗不捨一切佛法，此即內祕菩薩行、外現作聲聞。「雖隨諸法究竟淨相」，流入平等法界四不可說，而能界內外現身利益。

"Although he practices [non-arising and non-perishing, yet decorates his body with the marks]... this is the bodhisattva's practice": fourth, explaining the dual flowing in terms of manifesting marks. The text has three practices. Regarding "Although he practices non-arising and non-perishing [yet decorates his body with the marks]": attuned to correct contemplation, he flows into non-arising and non-perishing of the ultimate truth, yet manifests the adornment of major and minor marks of the conventional truth. Regarding "Although he displays the deportment of a śrāvaka or pratyekabuddha [yet does not abandon the Buddha-Dharma]": he flows into manifesting outward deportment and entering the real, yet is able to enter the conventional without abandoning any of the Buddha-Dharmas; this is internally concealing the bodhisattva practice while outwardly manifesting as a śrāvaka. Regarding "Although he accords with the ultimate purity of all dharmas [yet manifests his body in accordance with what is fitting]": he flows into the four inexpressibles of the equal dharmadhātu, yet is able to manifest bodies within and beyond the realms to benefit [beings].
