「又如至佛法」，二、譬入正位者得道共戒，斷三惡道不善業，無惡業種不生佛法。

From "Furthermore, like down to [...] the Buddha Dharma"—the second analogy: those who enter the correct stage obtain the discipline concurrent with the path, severing the unwholesome karma of the three evil destinies; without the seeds of unwholesome karma, the Buddha Dharma is not produced.
