「譬如至志願」，二、譬顯。此譬但顯領入正位者不任發心，有開譬合譬，如文。

From "Just as down to [...] aspiration"—the second part clarifies through analogy. This analogy merely reveals the understanding that those who have entered the correct stage are incapable of giving rise to the mind [for enlightenment]; it has an opening of the analogy and a matching of the analogy, as in the text.
