9.49

「雖知無起滅」下，次二十七行，明通相入假權智無方，亦是住平等法界赴緣利物。文為三：初、兩行，入假供養諸佛；二、一行，入假淨佛國土；三、二十四行，明入假成就眾生。初兩行者，「雖知無起滅」，入但空無生不可得空無生，而能權巧出假，普示界內外生死眾生供養諸佛。

From "Though knowing there is neither arising nor perishing" downward, the next twenty-seven verse lines explain the universal aspect of entering the provisional with inexhaustible provisional wisdom; it is also dwelling in the equal Dharma-realm to respond to conditions and benefit beings. The text has three parts: first, two lines on entering the provisional to make offerings to the buddhas; second, one line on entering the provisional to purify the buddha-lands; third, twenty-four lines explaining entering the provisional to bring living beings to completion. Regarding the first two lines, "though knowing there is neither arising nor perishing" means entering mere emptiness, non-arising, and unattainable emptiness and non-arising, yet being able through skillful means to emerge into the provisional and universally manifest birth and death within and outside the realms to living beings to make offerings to the buddhas.
