「或作日月天」下五行，三、明入假拔眾生災難。或現諸天及作地水者，以假權變作勝正報及以依報，自在能救三災之難。三災如文。

The five lines from "Or becoming the sun and moon gods" are the third, explaining entering the provisional to eliminate living beings' disasters and tribulations. Either manifesting as gods or becoming earth and water, through provisional skill they transform into superior direct retributions and environment retributions, sovereignly able to save from the tribulations of the three disasters. The three disasters are as in the text.
