The single verse line "Destroying the bandit of afflictions" is the third, conclusion. When the cause of one's own practice is fulfilled, one destroys afflictions and sees the real, and the bandits within the realm are destroyed. Seeing the middle, the bandits outside the realm are destroyed. "Valiant, robust, and unsurpassed": dwelling in the Śūraṅgama robust-mark samādhi. "Subduing the four kinds of māras" is fully explained as in the previous praise of the bodhisattvas. "Raising the banner of victory to establish the site of awakening": when living beings turn from error and return to correctness, and their faculties for the path mature, the bodhisattva sits at the site of awakening, their causes round and fruits fulfilled. In terms of contemplation of mind, raising the foot and lowering the foot are nowhere not the coming to the site of awakening, completely possessing all Buddhadharmas.
