"Puṣya" is the name of a star, said to be the Ghost Star (Tiṣya) among the twenty-eight lunar mansions; the bodhisattva's birth corresponded with this. As for "good and ungood are two": taking the ten good actions and ten ungood actions as two, effacing these good and ungood actions eliminates the karma of fragmented [birth and death], which merely constitutes the nondual door of the Shared Teaching. Here we take the mind of the three realms as ungood because it conflicts with principle, and take the two vehicles' transcending saṃsāra to enter the true truth as good, making these two. Realizing that the good and ungood are identical to the limit of reality: the limit of reality is emptiness, and within emptiness one does not even see the arising of good, much less ungood. Their nature is peaceful and extinguished; with good and ungood both obliterated, this is entering the Dharma door of nonduality.
