二、料簡，二：初、簡眾經。「或二或一」者，暹云：或二者，但次由二序。或一者，次序不可闕也。今謂亦有三序、俱無經初即入正宗者，略般若是也，此亦譯人刪之耳。

Second, resolving queries, which has two parts: first, querying various sūtras. Regarding "either two or one": Daoxian says: "Either two' means only the two prefaces of sequence and origin. 'Either one' means the sequence preface cannot be omitted." I now say that there are also those with three prefaces, or those with none where the very beginning of the sūtra enters into the main principle, as in the Abridged Prajñāpāramitā; this too was deleted by the translator.
