三、「今正」下，結示別意。「而判淨穢」者，既現國是淨，復以香味為教，故對此穢土音聲為教以判兩別。

Third, from 'Now correctly' onward, concluding by showing the specific intention. 'And discerning pure and defiled': since the manifested land is pure, and moreover takes fragrance and taste as its teaching, it is contrasted with this defiled land taking voice as its teaching, in order to distinguish the two.
