二、釋無不具足。二、觀解。「巧拙」者，荊溪云：秖是方便。若爾，方便無拙，何以言之？相對故來，非謂有拙。慳及以愚，亦復如是。

Second, explaining that none are not fully possessed. Second, contemplative interpretation. Regarding "skillful and clumsy," Jingxi says: It is merely skillful means. If so, skillful means has no clumsiness, so why say this? It arises relatively, not meaning that there is genuine clumsiness. Stinginess and folly are also like this.
