Second, extensively praising transforming others, which has two parts: first, dividing the sections. Second, from "First, for the sake of" down, sequential explanation, which has two parts: first, clarifying that internally they possess the dharmas for transforming others, which has two parts: first, dividing the sections and giving an advance outline. Second, from "First clarifies" down, directly explaining following the text, which has three parts: first, clarifying internal possession, which has three parts: first, explaining the first phrase, with two parts: first, extensively clarifying the three compliances. As for "turning the four wheels of Dharma," these are the four teachings. As for "the bodhisattvas turn them in compliance," the Buddha expounds the four teachings, and the bodhisattvas do likewise; hence it is called "turning them in compliance." From "Causes and conditions" down, these are the principles of the four teachings. Understanding these four principles is simply the three truths, and the three truths do not depart from the one mind. As for "speaking in compliance with understanding," others hearing them think they differ, but their own understanding is always the same; hence the text below takes "speaking in compliance with understanding" as real wisdom.
