二、總歎化他功德。「已過量」者，荊溪云：重顯無量。前雖約所化，今重約能化。

Second, generally praising the merit of transforming others. Regarding "has already exceeded measure," Jingxi says: It re-manifests immeasurability. Although the preceding was framed in terms of those who are transformed, here it is framed again in terms of the one who transforms.
