二、「一切」下，明若觀中道等者，始修觀行猶是名字位，若觀行成就五番開發方是觀行位人。

Second, from "All" downward clarifies that if one contemplates the middle way and so forth, beginning to cultivate contemplative practice is still the stage of verbal identity; only when contemplative practice is perfected and the fivefold unfolding occurs is one a person of the stage of contemplative practice.
