二、約二法，二：初、正釋，二：初、敘意。「目足互失」者，有目無足豈能前進？有足無目必墮重險。以合解行不可偏有。

Second, in terms of two dharmas, in two parts: first, direct explanation, in two parts: first, stating the purport. "Mutually lacking eyes or feet": if one has eyes without feet, how could one advance? If one has feet without eyes, one will surely fall into deep peril. Because understanding and practice must unite, neither can be present in isolation.
