二、釋受持正法。「內外愛見」者，內即通惑，外即別惑。「法王種性皆得安穩」者，達三道即三德，名為安穩。「恒沙至散失」者，如民不離散也。

Second, explaining upholding the true Dharma. As for "internal and external craving and views": internal refers to common afflictions, and external refers to distinct afflictions. As for "the lineage of the Dharma King all attains security": comprehending that the three paths are identical to the three virtues is called security. As for "Ganges sands [...] falling into ruin": it is like the people not being scattered or lost.
