Three, transmitting the explanation of continuing and glorifying without interruption, in two parts: first, phenomenal explanation, in two: first, general, in two: first, explaining that Māra and non-Buddhists stem from the mind. Due to delusion regarding the true nature, attachment and views arise, thereby enabling Māra and non-Buddhists to entice one. If attachment and views are forgotten internally, then heavenly Māra and non-Buddhists will have no way to exercise their power. However, those Māras and non-Buddhists also each become deluded about the true nature, with attachment and views disproportionately increasing, so they each hold to a single office, serving as bad conditions for people.
