二、「然體」下，正釋。「體非至有生」者，指上句經也，以雙遮故不生。「有因」下，正示緣生義，以雙照故生。

Regarding "The essence is not […] yet there is birth": this refers to the previous line of the sūtra; through double negation, there is no birth. From "Having causes" below, it directly shows the meaning of conditioned arising; through double illumination, there is birth.
