七、示入學堂。言「學堂」者，亦猶此方國學鄉校也。《禮記》曰「古之王者建國居民，教學為先。」

Seventh, manifesting entry into schools. Speaking of 'schools,' they are just like the national academies and local schools of this land. The Book of Rites states: 'When the ancient kings established states and settled their people, teaching and learning were made the foremost priority.'
