二、「若是」下，別示，二：初、轉化成觀，二：初、正示轉化。「若在令長」者，《輿地志》曰「秦始王天下置三十六郡，郡各領縣，縣萬戶已上為令，減萬戶為長。」

Second, from "If in..." down, specific presentation, in two parts: first, turning transformation into contemplation, in two: first, directly showing turning transformation. Regarding "If as a magistrate or chief," the Yudizhi states: "When Qin Shi Huang ruled the world, he established thirty-six commanderies, each commandery governing counties. A county of ten thousand households or more had a magistrate (ling); under ten thousand households, a chief (zhang)."
