二、約知苦破。荊溪云：次下三諦，一一諦中皆先於無學法上以破迦葉。次若在學地去，以學人未足而形迦葉。

Second, refuting on the basis of knowing suffering. Jingxi says: "In the next three truths below, in each and every truth [the text] first refutes Kāśyapa on the basis of the dharmas of the stage of non-learning. Next, from 'if in the stage of learning' onward, it uses learners who are not yet fulfilled to contrast with Kāśyapa."
