二、「佛為」下，結指經意。「二同」下，釋疑。荊溪云：問者，旃延何得以五行名解佛五義？佛五義意何必爾耶？答意者，義行及禪，所依別耳。

Second, from "For the sake of the Buddha" onward, concluding by pointing to the intention of the sūtra. From "The two are identical" onward, resolving doubts. Jingxi says: "The questioner asks: 'Why could Kātyāyana explain the Buddha's five meanings using the names of the five practices? Why must the intention of the Buddha's five meanings be so?' The intended answer is: meaning, practice, and dhyāna differ in what they rely upon."
