二、「如無」下，廣辨，二：初、依《法華》辨示。二、「今淨」下，引今文釋成。「何關說法」者，即財是法功，由觀心不因口說也。

Second, from "like the non-..." onward, broadly discerning, which has two parts: first, discerning and showing based on the Lotus Sūtra; second, from "now Jing..." onward, citing the present text to explain and establish it. Regarding "what does it have to do with preaching the Dharma": the efficacy of the very material thing being the Dharma arises from contemplating the mind, not relying on verbal speech.
