三、結二謗，二：初、分科。二、隨釋，二：初、結成損謗。結云大威德諸天者，荊溪云：通論諸天皆有威德，悉皆無病。「他方淨土」等者，且指安養，下至十念臨終一念皆得往生，故云小善。

Third, concluding the two reproaches, in two [parts]: first, dividing the section; second, following the text to explain, in two: first, concluding the slander of detraction. Regarding the concluding mention of devas of great majesty: Jingxi says that speaking generally, all devas possess majesty and virtue, and all are without illness. Regarding "the pure lands of other regions" etc.: pointing for now to the Land of Peace and Sustenance (Sukhāvatī), where even down to ten recitations, or a single recitation at the point of death, all can attain rebirth; hence it is called a minor good.
