二、「釋此」下，示文旨。「法病俱訶」等者，法即得意，病即不得，圓教即具二意如文。

Second, from 'Explaining this' onward, showing the import of the text. Regarding 'both the dharma and the illness are reproached' and so forth: 'dharma' is grasping the intent, 'illness' is not grasping it; the Perfect Teaching possesses both intents, as in the text.
