四、約土重輕。荊溪云：約土輕重者，雖復橫論又更竪攝。又為四：初、同居。天道地獄，因疾。「皆言不定」者，約心以論能起善惡，故天非定善、獄非定惡。

Fourth, in terms of the gravity and lightness of the lands. Jingxi says: As for in terms of the lightness and gravity of the lands, although it is discussed horizontally, it also subsumes vertically. It is again divided into four: first, common residence. The heavenly destiny and the hells: causal illness. As for "all being called indefinite," this is discussed in terms of the mind being able to give rise to good and evil; therefore heaven is not definitely good, and hell is not definitely evil.
