問：天既是證，何名為行？答：從天起行故名天行，故天行位在於地住，驗知從於別圓二種聖行而生。

Question: Since "heavenly" is realization, why is it called "practice"? Answer: Giving rise to practice from the heavenly, it is therefore called heavenly practice; thus the stage of heavenly practice is in the bhūmis and abodes, proving that it is born from the two kinds of noble practice of the Distinct and the Perfect.
