Second, explaining that non-abiding establishes dharmas, has two parts: first, generally indicating based on the four categories. The worldly is conditioned; the supramundane is unconditioned. Second, from "What is this?" downward, specifically demonstrating based on the ten realms. In "If one understands non-abiding," etc., contrasted with the delusion of the six realms, the four are therefore called understanding. However, the two vehicles understand emptiness, bodhisattvas understand the provisional, and the Buddha-realm understands the middle; conforming to the intention of this section, and because all are supramundane, all four noble dharmadhātus are therefore entitled to be called understanding. Speaking definitively, understanding belongs solely to the Buddha-realm, while the nine realms are all deluded.
