二、「今言」下，牒文正解。荊溪云：盡其神力等者，不得界外解脫神力也。界外證難思，理方有勝通。

Second, from 'Now it is said' downward, citing the text to give the correct explanation. Jingxi says: 'Exhausting their divine power,' and so forth, means that they have not obtained the divine power of liberation beyond the realm. Only when one realizes the inconceivable beyond the realm does one have superior supernormal faculties in principle.
