6.33

興皇大師云：今自有二轍義，一者理外義、二理內義。若心行理外，故云理外；心行理內，復云理內。理內具真俗等一切法，理外亦具真俗等一切法。

The Great Master of Xinghuang said: 'We now have the doctrine of two tracks: the first is the doctrine outside the principle, and the second is the doctrine inside the principle. If mental activity proceeds outside the principle, it is called outside the principle; if mental activity proceeds inside the principle, it is called inside the principle. Inside the principle is complete with all phenomena such as the real and the conventional; outside the principle is also complete with all phenomena such as the real and the conventional.'
