7.29

明凡夫二乘大患之質、有累之心，歎諸佛菩薩無為法身、無礙智慧，不動而應十方、無心而照法界，形雖累表、終日域中，智雖事外、未始無事。是以四會同辨此法。

They elucidate the substance of great suffering and the burdened mind of ordinary people and the two vehicles, and praise the unconditioned dharmakāya and unimpeded wisdom of all buddhas and bodhisattvas, who, without moving, respond to the ten directions, and, without mind, illuminate the dharmadhātu—their forms, though beyond burden, spend the whole day within the realm; their cognition, though outside worldly affairs, is never without engagement. Therefore, the four assemblies together distinguish this dharma.
