贊曰：此先所無。妙修福慧，如功而修，名善加行。故有發生善行有情，任持不捨善行有情來生。加行體慧，或通諸善。

Commentary: This was not present previously. Wonderfully cultivating merit and wisdom in accord with efficacy is called "excellent application." Therefore, sentient beings who bring forth wholesome practices and sentient beings who maintain and do not abandon wholesome practices come to be born [there]. The substance of application is wisdom, or it may pervade all wholesome [dharmas].
