2.70

贊曰：法寶高峻，名寶峯。言詞高峻，名辨峯。舊言「寶積辨積」，積寶積辨，義稍疎也。手出寶施，名寶手。手上有印，印諸眾生令脫六趣，名寶印手。

Commentary: The Dharma-jewel being loftily prominent is called 'Jeweled Peak' (Ratnakūṭa). Eloquence being loftily prominent is called 'Peak of Eloquence' (Pratibhānakūṭa). The old translation said 'Accumulation of Jewels' (Ratnarāśi) and 'Accumulation of Eloquence' (Pratibhānarāśi); accumulating jewels and accumulating eloquence is somewhat distant in meaning. Manifesting jewels from the hand to give as gifts is called 'Jewel Hand' (Ratnahasta). Having a seal on the hand, sealing sentient beings to cause them to be liberated from the six destinies, is called 'Jewel-Seal Hand' (Ratnamudrāhasta).
