贊曰：此結非也。能有前德而宴坐者，契順正理，佛所印可，具足行故。如無前事而入寂者，非佛印可，偏小行故。

Commentary: This concludes [the refutation of] the improper. One who is able to possess the preceding virtues and peacefully sit accords with the correct principle and is sealed and approved by the Buddha, because their practice is complete. If one enters quiescence without the preceding conditions, they are not sealed and approved by the Buddha, because their practice is biased and small.
