The Commentary states: This establishes the correct principle. If one realizes the wisdom of dharmas, realizing and converging with the substance of dharmas without increase or decrease, then all dharmas are completely ineffable. The old [translation] says: 'There is no speaking and no showing.' If the hearer's wisdom realizes and converges with the substance of dharmas without increase or decrease, it also cannot be heard; what could be discerned such that one says, 'I have discerned it'? Here there is a doubt: if both the expounder of the Dharma and the hearer have superimposition and deprecation, how does the Buddha expound it? How do all the great bodhisattvas hear it? Therefore it is explained and revealed.
