贊曰：此歎智辨也。歎其居俗有家業之士乃能至此。若出家人，不可驚歎，容豫進修，是己分故。誰有智者，聞斯妙法，不發大心？

Commentary: This praises his wisdom and eloquence. It praises that a gentleman dwelling in the secular world with household duties could nevertheless reach this [level]. In the case of a monastic, it would not be astonishing, for proceeding leisurely in cultivation is their proper lot. What wise person, hearing this wondrous Dharma, would not generate the great mind?
